Site Prep Check List : Requested meter installs at sites that are incomplete or not ready for sod to be laid will be charged a $100 truck roll fee per site. DCWA will not install or set a meter box at a location that is not ready for sod. You will need to request installation again at any site that is rejected.

Please note the following terms you agree to on behalf of your organization upon submission of this request:

• DCWA will send technicians out to install a water tap and meter at your request. Weather, holidays, and scheduling effect when the installation will take place. If you need expedited service, please call our office. 843-875-0140

• You understand that if the site is not prepared correctly, DCWA will charge a $100 truck roll fee. DCWA will not install a meter or tap on an unprepared site. DCWA considers a prepared lot to have the following complete before our arrival: grading, driveway complete, and the lot is ready for sod.

• You understand DCWA will charge the entity requesting the tap installation a $500.00 flat fee for damages to the meter, meter box, or other DCWA equipment while the property is under construction. Once DCWA sets the meter on the requested property, it is the requestor's responsibility to keep the meter and meter box in good condition.

• You understand that DCWA will not schedule installations without prepaid taps until the requestor has paid all fees in full.
